100 Things I Want to Teach My Daughter

                                               
I've decided raising kids is hard, and the world we live in is scarier then when I was growing up. I wonder if I'm doing a good enough job teaching my kids. I came across this article on pintrest titled 100 Things I want to Teach My Daughter, and loved it. So I'm using it as my inspiration in making my own list.

I loved some of the things she listed so I will be using some and throwing in some of my own.

Beauty is a state of mind, not a state of body.
The benefit of the doubt is sometimes the best gift we can give our friends.
There will always be mean girls – that doesn’t mean we find a tower and Rapunzel ourselves away from the world.
Your daddy has loved you better and longer than any boy ever will.
Your brother will teach you how boys should treat you.
You’re always welcome in my wardrobe.
The world needs your point of view.
Say what you mean and mean what you say... Don't expect people to read your mind.
Your body is strong and capable of more than you can imagine right now.
Ice cream is a love language
Cook, decorate, clean, organize because you love to, not because someone tells you you’re meant to.
Music makes everything better.
When you feel sad- DANCE.
You’ll never be too old for me to rock you.
Nothing you tell me will ever make me want to stop hearing from you.
We need your story.
No prayer request is ever too small, too silly or too embarrassing to share.

Wear Sunscreen
Mr. Darcy and popcorn make for a perfect evening.

Build your own testimony of the Gospel and remember to always keep working on it.
